Do you book the slot for me?

No. Booking systems require your identity, biometrics history, and live anti-bot checks — full automation breaks the VAC terms of service. We send you the alert with a deep-link; you log in and book inside the same window.

Why does this cost money?

Polling at 15–30 second intervals across many city/visa pairs, paid VAC bypasses on some portals, and high-deliverability SMS/WhatsApp is real infra cost. Free Telegram bots work for low-pressure cases — they don't for booked-out consulates.

What if no slots open?

100% money-back if zero matching slots open during your monitoring window. We refund without arguing.

Does this work for Priority and Super Priority?

Yes — once you have an appointment locked in, the Priority / Super Priority service is a separate paid add-on at submission. The bottleneck most people hit is the appointment slot itself, which is what we solve.

Can you alert me about a specific VAC?

Yes. You pick the country + VAC city when you sign up. If you're flexible across two cities (e.g. Lagos or Abuja), tell us in the city field — we'll watch both.

What if my biometrics are inside the UK (UKVCAS)?

UKVCAS / SSCS in-country appointments are on a different portal — we're adding it next. Join the waitlist with "UK visa" selected and city "in-UK" and we'll prioritise it.
