Honest answers
Do you book the appointment for me?
No. Consulate booking systems require your passport details and identity checks — full automation breaks the VAC terms of service. We send the alert with a deep-link; you log in and book inside the same window.
How do I cancel?
Go to /account, enter the email you subscribed with, and click "Manage subscription." Stripe's customer portal lets you cancel in two clicks. No retention call, no friction.
What's the difference between Basic and Multi-City?
Basic monitors 1 city. Multi-City monitors unlimited cities for the same visa type — useful if you can travel for biometrics ("Lagos OR Abuja, whichever opens first").
Why no annual plan?
Visa appointments are usually a 1-3 month problem. Monthly billing matches the use case. If you need an annual plan, email and we'll set one up manually.
