IRCC publishes a single processing-time figure per application category — the time it takes to process 80% of complete applications. Numbers are refreshed weekly on canada.ca and reflect cases finalised over the previous six months. Times can fluctuate sharply when admissibility checks, biometrics or medical exams are queued, so the ranking above is a snapshot, not a forecast for any individual file.
